About Brand Bloom

Brand Bloom LLC is a marketing agency that helps brands flourish with clever strategy, fresh creativity, and hand-picked words to tell their unique stories. We are a rapidly-growing, female-owned small business passionate about helping our clients reach their goals. Our services include marketing strategy, branding, social media marketing, email marketing, website marketing, and graphic design.

About the Position

This is a strategic, client-facing role for someone who thrives on taking ownership, leading client relationships, driving marketing strategy, and producing excellent work from idea through execution.

As Marketing Manager, you’ll serve as a primary point of contact for a variety of Brand Bloom’s clients, overseeing their marketing strategy, projects, timelines, communication, and deliverables. This person will work closely with our internal team to develop strategy and turn it into action — assigning tasks, providing clear direction, reviewing work, owning quality control, managing deadlines, and keeping products and deliverables on track.

The ideal candidate can look at a client’s goals and marketing needs as a whole, determine what needs to happen next, and confidently move the work forward with support from our team.

This role also requires someone who is comfortable jumping into hands-on marketing work when needed to support our team, whether this means making a SquareSpace website update, editing a graphic in Canva, updating an email campaign, or writing a social media caption.

Most importantly, the right fit for this role is someone who takes tremendous pride in their work. The ideal candidate will care about the details, communicate clearly and provide outstanding customer service to our clients, and have high standards for strategy and execution.
