Company Description
The Charleston Orwig Collective is 100% employee-owned and consists of the strategic marketing communications agencies, C.O.nxt and Jigsaw. From brand strategy and comprehensive campaigns to sustainability and crisis comms. From digital and video to social media and public relations. If you need it to help your brand move forward, we’ve done it. And because the world is changing at record pace, we’re already working to harness the next big thing.
Position Description
As a Project Manager, you will be a critical link between our clients and our agency, coordinating work for brands that serve beef, dairy, swine and poultry producers and processors, along with the influencers and advisors who support them. Your mission will be to understand your clients’ goals, anticipate their needs and keep work on track with budgets and deadlines. The role calls for comfort with the language of animal agriculture and an interest in how these operations work. Your livestock industry expertise, paired with the agency’s resources, will help meet agency and client needs and build the foundation for you to grow into a trusted day-to-day resource. You’ll end each day knowing you were part of great work for clients who serve the livestock industry.
Who We’re Looking For
- A background in livestock agriculture, through a family farm or ranch, 4-H or FFA, an animal science degree or industry work
- An eye for the details producers notice, such as timing that misses the season or imagery that shows the wrong biosecurity practice
- Interest in learning the technical side of agriculture for greater industry knowledge and client resource
What Makes This a Great Opportunity?
- You will be part of a purpose-driven, team-based agency that is a strategic marketing and communications consultant for leading brands in livestock and animal agriculture.
- Our culture of positive core values (Empowering, Purpose-driven, Forward-thinking and Inclusive) guides our interactions with clients and each other.
- Work alongside a team with deep agriculture experience on brands that matter to the livestock industry.
- We’re 100% employee-owned (and dog-friendly).
- We provide a continuous learning environment valuing ideas, solutions, collaboration and results.
- Find your balance in a casual, friendly, hybrid work environment with flexible work hours.
