About the Position:
The Marketing Coordinator drives day-to-day execution of Redpath’s marketing efforts, content, social media, design, and events, working closely with the Marketing Manager to keep campaigns and communications on track. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented marketer ready to grow their skills across the full marketing mix.
Key Responsibilities:
CONTENT & COMMUNICATIONS
- Write and edit copy for blogs, email campaigns, social media, web, awards, and internal communications.
- Maintain the content calendar, keeping editorial, email, and social content on schedule.
- Create Redpath’s bi-monthly employee newsletter by coordinating with departments across the firm.
SOCIAL MEDIA & DIGITAL
- Work toward ownership of social media and GaggleAmp.
- Build content and graphics, schedule, publish, and monitor content across Redpath’s social channels, primarily LinkedIn.
DESIGN & BRAND SUPPORT
- Design marketing materials (flyers, one-pagers, presentations, email templates) using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Build and format polished, on-brand PowerPoint presentations and support more complex proposals if help is needed.
- Maintain brand consistency across all materials; support photo and video for events, campaigns, and social media.
EVENTS & CAMPAIGN EXECUTION
- Support BD events with the Marketing and BD Coordinator and execute logistics for multi-practice and firmwide events set by the Marketing Manager.
- Manage day-to-day marketing project timelines, keeping stakeholders informed.
- Support execution of marketing campaigns and go-to-market plans, including related CRM tasks, in partnership with the Marketing Manager and BD Coordinator.
MARKETING ADMINISTRATION
- Develop the monthly marketing report, compiling campaign, social media, and website performance data.
- Support the FCMO and Marketing Manager in preparing materials for annual and quarterly marketing planning.
- Participate in the marketing and BD L10 weekly meetings, communicating and tracking action items.
- Process invoices through accounts payable and maintain the marketing budget.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2–3 years of marketing, communications, or graphic design experience.
- Writing and editing skills, adaptable across formats and audiences (writing samples will be requested).
- Good working knowledge of design software, including Adobe Creative Suite products and Canva (design samples will be requested).
- Strong Microsoft Office proficiency, especially PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational skills; comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proactive, collaborative mindset with strong follow-through.
Preferred:
- Experience with WordPress or a comparable CMS.
- Familiarity with social media management/employee advocacy tools (GaggleAmp, Hootsuite).
- Familiarity with CRM/marketing platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Accounting or other professional services firm experience.
- Familiarity with project management software such as Asana, Basecamp, and Monday.
