SUMMARY
The Account Representative is responsible for supporting advertising and sponsorship sales by developing client relationships, prospecting for new business, managing assigned accounts, and providing outstanding customer service. This role works closely with the Senior Sales Representative, Sales Executive, and Director of Sales to deliver integrated marketing solutions while developing the skills necessary for continued growth within the sales organization.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain relationships with assigned clients to promote customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
Prospect for new business opportunities through outbound calls, email outreach, networking, referrals, and industry research.
Sell advertising, sponsorship, and integrated marketing solutions across print, digital, events, and custom media platforms.
Prepare sales presentations, proposals, contracts, and other sales materials to support client needs.
Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurately document customer interactions, opportunities, and forecasts within the CRM system.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely execution and fulfillment of client programs.
Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Stay informed on company products, industry trends, and competitive market activity to effectively position Lessiter Media's solutions.
Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and professional development activities to build consultative selling skills and product knowledge.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
One to three years of customer service, sales, account management, or business development experience preferred; B2B sales experience is a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build positive client relationships.
Demonstrated ability to learn new products, services, and sales techniques quickly.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong desire to achieve individual and team goals.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn CRM and sales management software.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Willingness and ability to travel periodically to customer meetings, trade shows, and company events.
