Whole Growth Partners is a women-led, fully remote marketing agency that helps top financial advisors grow with marketing that actually works. We operate as a fractional CMO and full marketing department for our clients, and we're looking for a Marketing Creative Specialist to join our team.
This role is for someone who thinks visually and writes well. You will design brand materials including decks, brochures, social media graphics, and signage; develop website layout and copy recommendations; build newsletters and client communication strategies; manage social media platforms; and support the implementation of marketing campaigns from start to finish. You will also show up in client meetings and build direct relationships with the people we serve.
The right candidate has a bachelor's degree, 5 or more years of marketing experience with an emphasis in graphic design, and strong working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva. Microsoft Office proficiency and sharp proofreading skills are a must. You should be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment.
