The Web Strategy & Optimization Manager will manage and drive the execution of the business plan for website and organic SEO initiatives for Quad.com. This will include management of the website strategic roadmaps, oversight of website design and implementation, content management, data analytics and reporting, continuous site improvements, and SEO optimization. These efforts will be executed through collaboration with cross-functional team members and external partners as necessary, while maintaining cohesive branding and design in accordance with the Quad brand guidelines. They will support overall growth goals for the business, increase web traffic and lead conversions, and will be accountable for meeting and communicating web-related KPIs. The manager will stay informed of changes and trends related to site performance and will be responsible for proposing new technologies and techniques, and implementing changes as appropriate, to maximize online presence.
