The Life of a Web Content Manager:
- Manage and maintain product presentation on website to ensure categorization, images, copy, pricing, reviews and promotional offers are accurate
- Maintain website’s search module including but not limited to banner ads, product promotions and analytics
- Establish website performance metrics that are reported on a monthly,quarterly and annual basis
- Communicate website’s project and program strategy, direction,and changes to key stakeholders
- Assist in the development of production schedules, milestones, projections, estimates and budgets for web-related projects and digital programs
- Oversee the website’s technical SEO, including but not limited to site architecture, load speeds, bounce rates and mobile friendliness
- Create and maintain funnels, events, goals and dashboards within Google Analytics 360
- Assist with routine maintenance of website, smoke testing and additional add-ons
- Help maintain and develop online procedure guides and knowledge documents
