The Web Content Administrator will assist Boelter’s online marketing strategies and will serve as a hub for managing the content for our websites and delivering the analytics the sites have generated. This is an entry level position.

Responsibilities:

  1. Update web content, inbound and outbound links and image replacement 
  2. Upload new product images and spec sheets Set up new customers for e-commerce 
  3. Maintain and develop a master content calendar for all web properties
  4. Generate new e-stores for customers and maintain product data 
  5. Prepare photos and other graphic images for the web 
  6. Assist in SEO campaign management and tracking Monitor website activity, develop analytics reports (standard and custom) and help implement strategies based on report results 
  7. Assist in email campaign management and deployment of e-blasts 
  8. Ensure consistent company image and maintain brand standards 
  9. Manage image archiving for all websites 
  10. Social Media listening and postings; coordination of communication on social media 
  11. Post internal documents to our intranet

Requirements:

  1. 2-year college degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations/Advertising, Journalism or related field and 1-3 years of experience in similar role 
  2. Excellent interpersonal skills, a team player and able to interact with staff at all levels 
  3. Experience managing content and production websites, email marketing and web analytics 
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat. 
  5. SEO experience as well as some familiarity with SEO-related tools such as Moz and Google Analytics would be helpful.
  6. Strong attention to detail and can work under tight deadlines
