As the Videographer & Editor, you will be at the forefront of creating visually stunning and socially engaging video content. Your expertise in low-fi and hi-fi production techniques will be essential in delivering content that resonates with our audience across various digital platforms. You will be responsible for capturing high-quality footage and editing and crafting compelling narratives that align with our brand's voice, social media platforms and their specific video content requirements, and marketing objectives.

You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to produce content that enhances brand awareness, drives engagement, and converts viewers into loyal customers. Your ability to adapt to the latest social media trends and utilize cutting-edge video editing tools will ensure that our content stands out in a crowded digital landscape.

Responsibilities:

• Create and edit video content for a wide range of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels. 
• Develop and execute innovative video concepts, scripts, and storyboards that reflect the brand's unique identity and marketing goals. 
• Iterate on winning concepts and videos trying to beat the last top performer. 
• Master both low-fi and hi-fi production techniques to produce content that is versatile, authentic, and visually compelling. 
• Stay ahead of social media trends and platform updates to optimize video content performance. 
• Utilize iphone to professional-grade cameras and equipment to capture high-quality footage in various settings, including studio, outdoor, and on-location shoots. 
• Edit video content with precision using advanced tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci 
• Resolve, ensuring that each project meets the highest standards. 
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create dynamic video campaigns that target specific audiences and drive measurable results. 
• Monitor video performance metrics and adjust strategies to continuously improve engagement and conversion rates. 
• Efficiently produce and edit multiple videos weekly, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality. 
• Lead brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to elevate the overall video content strategy. 
• Stay up-to-date with the latest video production trends and technologies.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in videography, video editing, and social media content creation. 
• Advanced proficiency in using iPhones to professional-grade cameras, with a strong understanding of camera settings for optimal video production. 
• Expertise in video editing software, including native app editing tools (ex. Capcut), Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and DaVinci Resolve. 
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their specific video content requirements. 
• Proven ability to create and execute creative video concepts that align with brand messaging and marketing objectives. 
• Experience in both low-fi and hi-fi video production, with a portfolio showcasing versatility and creativity. 
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 
• Ability to produce high-quality content under tight deadlines, while maintaining attention to detail. 
• Passionate about staying current with industry trends and continuously improving video production skills.
