Vice President of Corporate Communication

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for an exceptional communication leader to join our team as Vice President of Corporate Communication. You will be a chief storyteller for the company, responsible for crafting and delivering compelling and consistent communication strategies that amplify our mission and position Agiliti as an influential and innovative healthcare brand. You will oversee the strategy and execution of all aspects of internal and external communication and serve as a trusted advisor to executive leaders. This role reports to our Senior Vice President of Corporate Communication and Investor Relations and is open to both local (Minneapolis) and remote candidates.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own and execute an integrated communication strategy that drives the business forward, enhances brand reputation, and engages diverse stakeholders. 
• Develop and lead a media relations strategy that positions Agiliti as an industry leader. 
• Lead a dynamic internal communication platform with strategies that engage our nationwide team, strengthen company culture, and amplify the Agiliti brand. 
• Proactively manage crisis and change communication, ensuring thoughtful responses to potential or actual issues that may affect our reputation, operations, or people. 
• Provide expert counsel to executive leaders and cross-functional teams and collaborate across the business to ensure alignment and coordination of communication activities and messages.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in corporate communication or public relations. Experience in healthcare is a plus. 
• Proven record of developing and executing comprehensive internal and external communication strategies and programs that advance business goals and enhance corporate reputation. 
• Advanced media relations expertise with a keen ability to capture opportunities, build meaningful relationships, craft compelling messaging and advise company spokespeople. 
• Passion for leadership and experience leading and developing high-performing teams. 
• Bachelor's degree in communication, journalism, public relations or a related field.
