ABOUT YOU:

Step into an exciting role where you’ll support and drive the success of the Mascot Shop business! As the backbone of our marketing team, you’ll play a pivotal part in developing, implementing, and managing B2B and B2C marketing strategies that fuel growth and elevate the brand.

You’ll be at the forefront of our mission to improve buy rates and generate revenue for the Mascot Shop, working closely with our Marketing Director to execute strategies that resonate with our core audiences. Your role will involve coordinating cross-functional activities, ensuring seamless delivery of marketing initiatives, and making data-driven decisions to keep us ahead of the curve.

YOU WILL:

  • Manage. Support the go-to-market process for the assigned business unit, including the coordination and execution of products and processes.
  • Drive Results. Coordinate project or product activities to deliver on marketing and business objectives.
  • Champion the Consumer. Act as the voice of the customer pre, during, and post-development by identifying market needs and balancing them with Jostens enterprise business strategies.
  • Collaborate. Work with cross-functional teams on strategies, content development, and revenue/CIP plans for products and projects.
  • Partner. Collaborate with stakeholders such as end users, sales, marketing, operations, and service to execute and implement product/project plans.
  • Solve Problems. Make recommendations and act on the analysis and solutions of problems to enhance performance.
  • Drive Revenue. Pursue buy rate improvement and revenue generation for the assigned business unit.
  • Oversee. Manage multiple marketing initiatives such as email, social media, digital, and print campaigns.
  • Lead Projects. Participate in marketing projects, including channel integration, communication plans, education/training, and market expansion.
  • Analyze. Collaborate with analytics teams to analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns.
  • Support Marketing. Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities with expertise in content development, optimization, advertising, and event planning.
  • Typical/expected % of overnight travel: <10%

YOU HAVE:

  • Education. BA/BS degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience. 3 years+ of professional marketing experience, with a thorough understanding of both traditional and digital marketing elements and market research methods. Understanding of email marketing. 
  • Technical Skills. Understanding of Salesforce and email automation platforms. Experience in collateral development, marketing communication, and content writing/editing with attention to detail. 
  • Analytical Skills. Excellent analytical abilities, with strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills. 
  • Communication Skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with interpersonal skills that enable effective collaboration at all levels of the organization. 
  • Creativity and Adaptability. Willingness to learn, demonstrate creativity, and excel in a changing environment. 
  • Decision-Making and Independence. Good decision-making ability and a proven track record of working independently in a market-driven, collaborative team environment. 
  • Preferred. BA/BS in Business or Marketing with graphic design knowledge and experience using Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Marketing Cloud platforms.
