Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively with the Director of Marketing to create a consistent and cohesive brand experience.
- Develop new visual concepts within our existing visual framework
- Own, update and enforce visual style guides for use by product teams and partners
- Collaborate across the organization to drive up standards of digital creativity
- Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects
- Compile and manage a design style guide to help the team understand the brand guidelines
- Maintain asset libraries with current logos, product images, and other brand materials.
Pitch, develop, and deliver new campaign concepts based on marketing strategy and content briefs for local, regional, and company-wide campaigns, leveraging marketing and design best practices and brand guidelines.
Lead and oversee and execute all design projects, from conception to delivery, partnering with the Production Designer to ensure design tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Work efficiently on multiple projects with consistency and exemplary attention to detail.
- Prepare press-ready files based on the supplied specifications.
- Follow timelines to ensure projects are completed on time.
- Ensure proper compliance procedures are followed.
- Troubleshoot any problems with local offices and vendors.
- Catalog-produced images and graphics.
- Maintain communication from project start to finish.
Respond to marketing request forms to support regional and local marketing activations.
Keep up-to-date with graphic design trends, techniques, and software.
