The brand has experienced several consecutive years of share growth in the category and is well-positioned for future growth. The brand has partnered with Travis Scott, Lil Yachty and is in the middle of a partnership with KAWS, delivering $Vol & $hare growth YTD. In this role, you’ll have the chance to develop winning strategies and ideas and bring them to life in market through culturally relevant execution.
In this role, you will also have the opportunity to manage a portfolio of classic, fun, kid cereal brands – Cocoa Puffs, Trix, Cookie Crisp, Golden Grahams and Kix! Combined, these brands own an important part of the market and General Mills share. They have deep consumer love and awareness and need strong future-looking strategies to maintain relevance with nostalgic adults and gain the attention of the next generation.
The capabilities and experiences you’ll build in this role include identifying & bringing ideas to life, managing the P&L, brand strategy, brand communications, & lead cross-functional teams.
