We are looking for a Senior Art Director based in Minneapolis or Chicago to join our creative team. Here are a few things we already know about you:

  • You've been the lead art director on a variety of integrated campaigns

ABOUT THE GIG:

  • Understand our clients’ business challenges and generate integrated creative ideas, develop concepts and designs that help our clients move their businesses forward 
  • Partner with copywriters and other creatives to deliver big ideas; continue to push the boundaries to find new and better ways to improve our clients’ businesses 
  • Be the lead art director on projects and productions (photo and video shoots) 
  • Present your work and develop strong client relationships 
  • Be a go-to for new business pitches and juicy client projects 
  • Help foster an inclusive, inspiring and energetic working environment that ultimately leads to great work and happy people 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members, including other creatives, account management, production, strategy and media 
  • Stay abreast of trends and new media formats, absorbing ideas from social, TV, art, culture, etc. 
  • Meet deadlines and requirements, from kickoff to final delivery

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite 
  • Knowledge of integrated production/campaign development 
  • Eye for design and executional craft 
  • A creative portfolio which displays your ability to think in inventive ways 
  • Multicultural, earned media and/or social campaign development experience a plus
  • Salary is commensurate with your experience and quality of portfolio

Employees can be expected to be paid an annualized salary range of $80,000 to $100,000, based on variations in knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions.
