Overview:

Are you ready to make a global impact and love marketing?

This Global Marketing Specialist opportunity is an exciting marketing position that focuses on the development, deployment, and execution of B2B marketing campaigns for conferencing product launches. You'll also support campaigns targeting decision-makers and end-users around the world!

In this role, you'll play a key part in product launches and marketing campaigns aimed at IT decision-makers and users globally. Your audience will include IT staff, consultants, and systems integrators responsible for the specifying, deployment, and management of AV conferencing solutions. Responsibilities:

  • Launch Management Support: Coordinate closely with marketing leads to align with regional sales and customer success teams to create go-to-market strategies that are tailored to IT decision makers / end users’ needs and pain points. 
  • Messaging and Positioning: Leveraging guidance from marketing leads and input from product management, assist in refining new product value propositions, translating planned product features into relevant user benefits. 
  • Product Liaison: Support Marketing Leads in coordinating with product development and product management teams to manage timing and process for product samples, specifications and other product-dependent deliverables. 
  • Technology Partner Support: Align with Conferencing Tech Partner Marketing Team on relevant new product launch efforts and co-marketing campaigns to ensure streamlined global and regional implementation where required. 
  • Budget Tracking: Assist Marketing Leads in tracking of project budget allocations for multiple efforts. 
  • Gain Insights: Actively seeks opportunities to further develop in-depth product and customer knowledge (including trainings, industry event opportunities, regional team interactions/feedback).

  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Bachelor’s degree required in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 
  • 0-2 years of experience, including marketing and high-impact marketing communications, preferably in an international B2B environment. 
  • Experience with technology products or services a plus. 
  • Project management experience with the demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and tasks at the same time. 
  • Experience managing day-to-day relationships with external marketing agencies a plus. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to participate in constructive discussion among a wide range of cross-functional partners. 
  • Excellent proofreading skills with an eye for correct grammar and an ear for good copy. 
  • Strong visual sense with the ability to evaluate photography graphic layouts for both style and impact. 
  • Proficiency with computers and ability to efficiently work in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Suite. 
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. 
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills, and ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects while being detail oriented. 
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment and complex matrix structures. 
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. 
  • Strong understanding of advertising, campaign management, and digital marketing principles. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead cooperative efforts and facilitate constructive discussion among a wide range of cross-functional teams. 
  • Ability to travel internationally. 
  • Ability to work in a highly matrixed organization. 
  • Experience working virtually with remote teams.
