Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field preferred. 2-4 years of direct experience managing and growing social media channels. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Premiere. Familiarity with professional video equipment (Blackmagic video cameras and production switchers preferred).
Note: Candidate must provide a portfolio demonstrating prior social media campaigns, video production samples, content examples, and metrics evidencing past successes.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience managing social media within technical or manufacturing industries. Demonstrated track record of successfully engaging audiences, driving channel growth, and achieving measurable improvements in key social media KPIs. Previous experience creating content that involves complex or technical information clearly and effectively.
