The Senior Strategist provides consumer insights and strategy development across many brands and projects simultaneously and meets business/brand goals. They know how to bring ideas to life, how to build trust with clients, how to talk to people/win them over and how to distill complex information so it’s easily understood.
The SRW Senior Strategist partners with internal teams across creative, public relations, influencer marketing, media and client services. They have a strong understanding of paid media and create digital-first marketing plans from soup to nuts, including digital media recommendations, budget recommendations, and KPIs to hold all strategy work accountable. They are always ready to create and present POVs that clearly demonstrate strategic thinking, generate enthusiasm for the work, and position the agency as a creative thought leader in the healthy food and better-for-you space.
