Position Summary:

As a Senior Media Planner, you’re a curious thinker who can balance the rigor and creativity of research and planning across all media channels with an eye to detail. Always a strategic thinker, you’ll partner across agency disciplines, lead the media planning work for several clients in multiple industries, and contribute to the positive culture at broadhead.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Assist in building integrated media plans that produce measurable results
  • Demonstrate effective communication skills presenting media plans to clients
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with media partners
  • Monitor metrics and provide actionable insights via reporting outputs to clients
  • Create and manage media flowcharts and budgets
  • Research and share knowledge on media trends and emerging media opportunities
  • Collaborate with agency partners to deliver best in class paid, earned, and owned client recommendations
  • Perform other duties as assigned to meet the changing needs of the agency

Experience:

  • 5 years of experience working in an agency media department or in-house media department

Key Competencies:

  • Understanding of media planning fundamentals
  • Experience with many types of online and offline paid media
  • Skilled at interpersonal relationships and ability to interact with individuals from all areas of the industry, both internally and externally
  • Ability to handle details with accuracy
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable to constant change
  • Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks on tight timelines
  • Ability to problem-solve

Compensation Details:

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $75,000 Our employees are eligible for a full package of traditional benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance. We are a hybrid work company (3 days/week in-office, 2 days/week remote is a typical week at broadhead) with Paid Time Off, paid holidays, and 401(k) matching. In addition, we provide paid parental leave, performance-based bonuses, employee stipends, and gym access.
