Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's business objectives and budgetary considerations. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Brand Management: Oversee the development and maintenance of a strong brand image. Ensure consistent branding across all marketing channels, communications, and product packaging.
Product Promotion: Plan and execute marketing campaigns for seasonal produce offerings, new product launches, and special promotions. Collaborate with the sales team to support their efforts in increasing product awareness and business building.
Portfolio Management: Oversee product segmentation, pricing/mix, and profitability.
Digital Marketing: Lead the digital marketing efforts, including website management, social media, email marketing, and online advertising campaigns. Analyze data and metrics to optimize digital marketing performance and drive customer engagement.
Content Creation: Develop compelling and informative marketing content, including product descriptions, blog posts, newsletters, and videos, to educate customers and showcase the value of our produce offerings.
Customer Relationship Management: Utilize tools to track customer interactions and segment the customer base for targeted marketing initiatives and personalized communications.
Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer surveys to identify new opportunities, customer preferences, and emerging trends. Use this data to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
Commercialization: Drive NPD process, develop impactful launch plans, and compelling sales materials.
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate the marketing team to ensure their professional growth and the successful execution of marketing initiatives. Lead relationships with external agencies and partnerships.
Plan Delivery: Drive / support achievement of annual and long term plans.
Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring the best return on investment and cost-effectiveness of marketing efforts. Establish and maintain effective working relationships within each department (Go to Market, Ready Fresh, Juice, HPP and Food Safety), maintain your professional competence, knowledge, and skill necessary for the satisfactory performance of all assigned responsibilities. Be a positive ambassador for our company’s purpose, vision, and mission.
