Redpath and Company is a fast-growing CPA and business advisory firm dedicated to providing exceptional client service. We’re looking for an experienced and versatile senior marketing coordinator who’s eager to help us build our marketing muscle. This role crosses the entire business, focusing on work to promote Redpath’s industry reputation, attract qualified candidates to the firm, support internal and external brand initiatives, help launch new services with go-to-market tactics, and proactively support business development activities with intentional, strategic marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Refresh: Gain a deep understanding of our services and differentiators to develop effective communication strategies that enhance brand awareness and reputation. 
  • Content Creation: Working with Subject Matter Experts and the CMO, identify, create, and manage content across various platforms including articles, blogs, website content, email campaigns, social media, presentations, brochures, and videos that highlight key business initiatives and industry perspectives. 
  • Campaign Execution: Lead the execution of multi-faceted marketing campaigns from conception to completion, coordinating with internal leaders and external agencies as needed. 
  • Go-to-Market Planning: Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new services, ensuring successful launches that resonate with target audiences. 
  • Business Development and Marketing Alignment: Foster strong alignment between business development and marketing teams by creating plans and executing on initiatives that support client relationship building and qualified lead development. 
  • Event Coordination: Plan and execute marketing events, including logistics, promotions, and follow-up strategies to maximize attendance and impact. 
  • Analytics and Reporting: Analyze market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance metrics to inform future strategies and initiatives. Create and maintain regular analytics reporting across multiple platforms.

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 
  • 4-10 years of marketing experience, preferably in a professional services environment. 
  • Proven success in developing and executing marketing plans and campaigns. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Excellent project management abilities with a track record of meeting deadlines. 
  • Familiarity with CRM and CMS platforms. 
  • Knowledge of market research, surveys, and data analytics. 
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).

Preferred:

  • Experience with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System).
  •  Basic graphic design skills and knowledge of design software. 
  • Previous marketing experience within an accounting or professional services firm.

The pay for this position is $75,000-$80,000/year.
