Position Summary

As an Influencer Senior Manager, you will set the strategy and approach for influencer marketing at Life Time, establishing standards, driving campaign performance, and maximizing impact across our brand. You’ll work closely with influencers at every tier—macro to micro/nano—to craft compelling partnerships, negotiate mutually beneficial agreements, and amplify Life Time’s mission of delivering extraordinary member experiences. Your role demands a balance of strategic thinking, scrappy execution, and the ability to serve as a subject matter expert among cross-functional teams and senior leaders.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

Influencer Strategy & Leadership

  • Lead the strategic vision for influencer marketing at Life Time—aligning efforts to key business priorities like member acquisition, retention, and brand awareness.
  • Build and scale a diverse influencer pipeline that includes external member advocates and internal team ambassadors.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to internal teams, educating on influencer marketing trends, opportunities, and campaign performance.
  • Partner with legal to develop contracts and manage compensation/trade partnerships.

Campaign Development & Execution

  • Design and manage end-to-end influencer campaigns supporting product launches, experiences, events, and digital initiatives.
  • Create and deliver campaign briefs, brand guidelines, and success KPIs.
  • Own campaign coordination including influencer sourcing, brand swag fulfillment, and internal team collaboration.
  • Monitor daily performance and engagement to ensure content is on-brand and effective.

Performance Measurement & Optimization

  • Track influencer content and engagement, identifying trends and opportunities to increase ROI.
  • Report on campaign performance with actionable insights and alignment to KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the social media and paid media teams to boost campaign visibility and extend content reach.

Amplification & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with content, events, PR, and communications teams to integrate influencer content into broader brand storytelling.
  • Work alongside social media leads to support Masterbrand content and channel needs, helping ensure our influencer efforts feed into a cohesive digital brand presence.

Minimum Required Qualifications   

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

Years of Experience:

  • 5–8+ years of experience in social/digital marketing
  • 4–6 years of hands-on influencer marketing experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong creative instincts and a proactive, self-starting mindset
  • Skilled in analytics and social reporting
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Paid media familiarity is a plus
  • Willingness to travel as needed

Pay:

This is a salaried position starting at $85,000.00 and pays up to $117,000.00, based on experience and qualifications.
