POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to create compelling visual and video content for Amazon, Walmart, and other online marketplaces, as well as support email marketing, social media, and digital advertising campaigns. This role is responsible for designing high-converting product images, A+ Content, storefront assets, promotional graphics, and video content that align with platform best practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, experience in photography and video editing, and a deep understanding of marketplace optimization and digital marketing strategies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Marketplace & eCommerce Design:

  • Design and optimize high-quality product images that adhere to Amazon’s and other marketplaces’ image guidelines. 
  • Create engaging and informative A+ Content (Enhanced Brand Content) to enhance product storytelling and boost conversions. 
  • Develop infographics, lifestyle images, comparison charts, and banners to strengthen brand presence. 
  • Design and maintain Amazon Storefront assets, ensuring a visually appealing and intuitive shopping experience. 
  • Capture and edit product images and lifestyle photography for use across marketplace listings. 
  • Create and edit short-form product videos for Amazon listings, brand pages, ads, and social media.

Digital Marketing & Advertising Support:

  • Design assets for email marketing campaigns, paid digital ads (Amazon DSP, PPC), and social media marketing. 
  • Create engaging social media visuals for organic posts, ad creatives, and brand campaigns. 
  • Develop eye-catching promotional materials for seasonal campaigns, flash sales, and product launches. 
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity. 
  • Optimize existing images, graphics, and videos to improve click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates (CVR).

Strategy & Continuous Improvement:

  • Keep up-to-date with Amazon’s evolving content guidelines, marketplace trends, and design best practices. 
  • Work closely with the eCommerce, marketing, and product teams to analyze creative performance metrics and refine designs accordingly. 
  • Implement best practices in visual storytelling, composition, typography, color theory, and motion graphics.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field. 
  • 2+ years of graphic design experience in an eCommerce, marketplace, or digital marketing environment. 
  • Strong portfolio showcasing Amazon product images, A+ Content, infographics, video content, and marketing creatives. 
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign). 
  • Experience with product photography, video production, and editing for eCommerce listings and digital marketing. 
  • Knowledge of Amazon image and A+ Content guidelines, as well as best practices for other marketplaces (Walmart, Target, etc.). Understanding of branding, typography, composition, color theory, and motion graphics. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with teams. 
  • Experience with 3D rendering or animation is a plus.
