- Minimum of 3-5 years confirmed experience in marketing and event management in a global professional services or agency environment; in-person, hybrid, virtual experience a requirement.
- Seamless coordination and execution of complex event logistics from start to finish.
- Analytical and critical thinking with an ability to focus on the bigger picture and intricate details.
- A team player, with a can-do attitude who enjoys working as part of a high performing team, but also has confidence to work independently.
- Must have a positive and friendly manner, confidence, and professionalism, with a strong service orientation, high degree of flexibility, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Creative thinking in elevating the team’s client events program, designing events that support marketing objectives ensuring that the format, audience experience and return on investment are carefully considered.
- Stellar written and verbal communications skills with the ability to operate and liaise confidently to interact and communicate effectively with a variety of audiences at all levels of seniority, across functions and geographies.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, negotiation and time management skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects independently.
- Experience and knowledge of project management and budgeting principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Ability to share an impressive portfolio of previously managed events that produced prominent levels of guest satisfaction and strong business results.
- Hands-on experience using Cvent, or similar event management technologies, for event registrations, invitations, tracking, and reports.
- Knowledge of marketing & events technologies including Eloqua, ON24, Monday.com, Salesforce, Marketo and other CRM and marketing technologies
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Ability to travel nationally and regionally to provide on-site event logistics support when required.
- A bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably with a major in business, marketing, hospitality or tourism from an accredited college or university.
