How You’ll Make an Impact:

Epsilon is seeking a dynamic Senior Copywriter who is passionate about storytelling and has an innate ability to captivate and engage audiences across various platforms. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of crafting compelling narratives that not only tell our story but also reinforce our brand and differentiate us from competitors. Whether through digital campaigns or traditional media, your words will bring our brand to life for B2B audiences.

As Senior Copywriter, you will report into a Creative Director and frequently work with stakeholders across the Marketing team to understand campaign objectives, brainstorm ideas, present your work and respond to feedback. This is a hybrid role with the expectation to work out of the Chicago office 2 days a week.

What You’ll Achieve:

  • Develop and implement compelling brand narratives and messaging strategies. 
  • Craft diverse content including website copy, email campaigns, video scripts and marketing collateral. 
  • Uphold high standards for copy quality, ensuring clarity, accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging with broader marketing goals and initiatives. 
  • Innovate and adapt messages for various platforms, ensuring relevance and resonance with target audiences. 
  • Monitor campaign performance and continuously refine copy strategies based on feedback and results.

Who You Are:

What you’ll bring with you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field. 
  • 8+ years of experience in brand copywriting and storytelling, preferably within corporate marketing or an agency setting. 
  • Proven expertise in adapting copy for different media, including digital, print and broadcast. 
  • Exceptional communication skills with a keen eye for detail. 
  • Strong ability to meet deadlines while maintaining quality and accuracy.
