Job Summary:
Senior Communications Specialist manages the strategy, planning, creation, and delivery of complex information to employees, customers, communities, and key external and internal stakeholder groups through various communications and marketing channels. This position leads and manages all facets of communications on large or highly visible external and internal events, corporate initiatives, emergency situations, and community relations activities. This role assists in promoting a positive image that informs customers and supports and strengthens the Alliant Energy brand overall.
