What you do:

The Senior Manager, Communications is responsible for developing and executing communications programs in support of company strategies, priorities and initiatives. The senior manager will lead the planning and execution of multiple internal communications programs with the goal of increasing employee engagement. In addition, the senior manager will be responsible for planning communication across all internal communications channels including company-wide meetings.

The senior manager will be a functional lead for the Communications team and will focus on aspects of the company that contribute to an exceptional employee experience. This Communications leader will provide mentoring to a team of 2 communications professionals supporting: Benefits, Performance and Compensation, Employee Experience, and Learning and Development as well as selected other areas that impact employee well-being.

What you bring:

  • 6-7 years’ experience required; 6+ years’ experience in communications with emphasis on internal communications
  • Four-year degree required PR, Communications and/or Journalism or equivalent

Base Salary Range: $96,000-192,000

Actual base salary may vary based upon factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, internal equity of peers, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual incentive program.
