We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our market presence. You will leverage your expertise in business development and customer relationship management to identify new opportunities and foster strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset and a passion for sales, enabling them to negotiate effectively and contribute to our overall success.

Responsibilities for this position include:

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Manage client relationships by providing exceptional service and support throughout the sales    process.
  • Utilize HupSpot and other software tools for effective customer relationship management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction 
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with potential clients to secure profitable partnerships.
  • Prepare reports on business development activities, including forecasts and performance metrics.

Experience:

  • 10 + years of proven experience in business development or sales, with a strong track record of achieving targets.
  • Highly proficient in software & digital execution with a 5 + year track record of success.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot is highly desirable.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
  • Excellent strategic planning capabilities, with an analytical approach to problem-solving.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.

  • You're proficient with the Microsoft Suite: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 
  • You’re comfortable working in templates built in these programs.
