The Senior Account Executive has a knack for understanding people and an ability to build strong connections with clients, partners and internal teams. They learn the ins and outs of our clients’ business and translate that knowledge within the agency. They are the “hub of the wheel” and keep the agency focused on creating strategic, integrated campaigns on time and on budget. The Senior Account Executive’s consistent work is the foundation for how we get a client, please a client and repeat that process many times over.
The Senior Account Executive manages client relationships for assigned accounts, partners closely with strategy, media, public relations, influencer marketing and creative teams to execute marketing campaigns and ad hoc assignments, and tracks KPIs and client expectations to hold all work accountable. They know how to foster an environment that brings ideas to life and how to distill complex information so it’s easily understood. Above all, the Senior Account Executive is the master at getting shit done.
