We pride ourselves on being unlike any jewelry store you’ve ever worked at and that’s why we need an energetic-people lovin’-fashion forward sales associate unlike any other.

Koehn & Koehn is not your typical jewelry store, and this is not your typical retail sales position!

Our team values work-life balance, so say goodbye to a 60 hour work week. We prioritize family commitments, and we really DO like working with each other. We also happen to have a great sense of humor and carry some of the most exciting and beautiful jewelry brands in the world.

We are looking for an energetic and fashion-forward sales associate who loves working with people. We offer a strong base salary with commissions, with potential earnings ranging from $30,000 to $70,000 per year. For full-time staff we also provide health insurance reimbursement, a 401K plan, paid time off, employee discounts, and flexible scheduling. Plus, there is no cap on commissions, giving you the opportunity to earn even more.

~Sales Guru: Responsible for building lasting relationships with our clients and representing our store with pride. You'll leverage our reputation as a leading jewelry retailer to close sales and create loyal customers, all while offering expert advice and personalized service.

~Enterpriser: (otherwise known as a "rainmaker") We want someone with a strong drive to grow and learn, and become an expert in the jewelry industry. This is not a clerking job. It's for someone who loves to hit big, audacious goals, by creating their own opportunities and relationships with our clients. (And when you hit those goals we'll all celebrate with a resounding BOOM!)

~Relationship Builder: You need to "get" that jewelry is a deeply sentimental purchase, and our clients count on our salespeople to follow through on their promises. Attention to detail, doing what you say you’ll do, and a commitment to follow-up are essential to building trust and ensuring our clients, co-workers, and our community feel valued and cared for.

~Professional "Wingman": As advisors, we guide our clients through their jewelry experience, providing professional opinions and working collaboratively with them for mutually beneficial solutions. Our aim is to ensure that every client feels confident and satisfied with their jewelry purchase, and that they have a positive and memorable experience from start to finish.

~Positive Collaboration: Our K&K culture is non-negotiable. We are looking for a team member that will love our clients as much as we do. Previous sales/client management experience is a must - we will train on product, but YOU must be willing to learn + grow, and have the right competitive, positive attitude!
