ESI Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the sales and marketing teams to execute strategies that drive thought leadership, generate leads, and boost customer engagement and satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to grow their career in a fast-paced and rewarding sales and marketing environment.

  • Assist marketing with executing campaigns to drive thought leadership, lead generation, brand awareness, and client satisfaction. 
  • Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) database. Assist sales team members in managing data to ensure company and contact records are up to date to increase marketing campaign deliverability. Continuously work to improve workflows to increase adoption and efficiency for the entire team. 
  • Prepare sales tools (presentations, proposals, resumes, etc.) for the sales team to use in marketing ESI’s services—review documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with owner requirements. 
  • Manage calendars, set appointments, and handle correspondence for the sales and marketing teams. 
  • Prepare Corporate materials for use with internal and external stakeholders. (i.e. business cards, organization charts, project signage, corporate office signage, as needed.) 
  • Support event planning and coordination for all industry events. 
  • Collaborate on research efforts to collect and analyze market trends and competitor activities. 
  • Assist with creating and planning content for communications to internal and external stakeholders through digital and print campaigns. 
  • Track and create reports on marketing and sales metrics. 
  • Maintain all ESI membership renewals, lead and vet new membership opportunities, and manage all online and in-print company profiles to ensure consistency and brand awareness with members. 
  • Collaborate on developing and implementing a system/workflow to save, search, sort, and share imagery assets that meet digital and print campaign requirements.
  • Associate's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Project Management. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and CRM is preferred.
  • Basic graphic design skills or experience with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrators, and InDesign) is preferred. 
  • Previous Procore and Bluebeam experience is a plus. 
  • A general understanding of data analysis and reporting. 
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders. 
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative, solve problems, and contribute to the success of ESI. 
  • Knowledge of construction terminology, processes, and documentation preferred.
