ABOUT THE ROLE

The Revenue Growth Manager reports to the Head of Commercial Growth & Insights and is responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic planning, analysis and execution.

Purpose of Role:

This role will identify opportunities to increase revenue, optimize pricing strategies, and collaborates with broader commercial team to implement growth initiatives for DNAB.

Accountabilities:

  • Ability to build datasets (in Excel, Power BI or Tableau), and analyze sales data, market trends and customer behavior to identify revenue growth opportunities. 
  • Develop pricing and trade spend strategies to optimize revenue and profitability. 
  • Forecast sales demand and the trade spend necessary to achieve such demand. 
  • Conduct competitive analysis to inform pricing decisions. 
  • Track the performance of revenue growth initiatives to provide regular updates to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. 
  • Familiar with CPG store data including SPINS as well as Nielsen data. 
  • Experience working with inputs from 3-tier distribution partners and commercial sales teams. 
  • Strong ability to identify patterns and trends in data sources. 
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI or Tableau, and PowerPoint 
  • Proficiency in Python, R or SQL is also preferred. 
  • Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them to actionable insights.
