We're willing to train an experienced recruiter/placement pro about the graphic design industry...
We are currently looking for a dynamic, outgoing individual for our Madison office. This person will lead our recruiting and placement of creative professionals (graphic designers, production artists, marketing and public relations professionals, copy writers, art directors and creative directors) with clients in Madison and southwestern Wisconsin (we are open to candidates from Milwaukee, who would work both markets). The position also includes the development and management of new and existing client relationships.
The person we are looking for loves people and building relationships…and is kind, friendly, outgoing, organized and works well as part of a team. Ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the graphic design industry, but staffing/recruiting or placement experience is also relevant. We are looking for someone who can effectively network within Madison’s design community including attending paper shows and trade organization meetings: Design Madison, Media Communications Association International-Madison, Adobe User Group-Madison, Madison Advertising Federation and Ad2.
