As a Proposal Coordinator, you will effectively communicate with Project Managers and Estimators to stay informed of project needs while helping satisfy the terms and conditions of bids and contracts with the customer. Maintain detailed and organized bids and job files. Assist with the preparation, review and submittal of bids, contracts, RFIs and reports in accordance with division and company policies and procedures.

What it takes:

  • High school diploma or GED, 
  • 3-5 years of related administrative experience or an equivalent combination 
  • Previous contracts role experience, as well as an exposure to the construction industry 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Experience in the Construction Industry
