Project Manager

Join Saturn Lounge's growing team. We are seeking a seasoned marketing agency Project Manager. This role serves as the primary internal liaison between Account Executives (AEs), creative teams, developers, and digital strategists, ensuring that all projects meet client expectations, deadlines, and the agency’s standard of quality.

The Project Manager is responsible for the seamless execution of website projects, marketing campaigns, and creative content development by coordinating timelines, resources, and budgets. In this position, you'll ensure projects stay on track, teams have clear direction, and execution aligns with strategy. The Project Manager reports to the VP-Marketing and works closely with AEs to translate strategic goals into actionable tasks for internal teams.

The successful candidate will possess strong Project Management skills, ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Detail-oriented and organized: Maintains meticulous records of timelines, deliverables, and budgets across multiple campaigns.
• Proactive problem solver: Identifies potential issues before they become roadblocks and offers solutions.
• Effective Communicator: Keeps internal teams informed and ensures AEs have what they need to communicate with clients.Technology & Tools Proficiency: Comfortable using project management software, Microsoft Teams, Excel, and digital workflow tools.
• Quality Control Mindset: Ensures final deliverables meet agency standards before they go to the client.
• Collaboration & Team Player Mentality: Works closely with AEs, creatives, and strategists to keep projects moving.
