Our Marketing team leverages digital marketing strategies and tactics focused on schools, independent sales reps, parents, and students to deliver the right message, to the right customer, at the right time.Team members will understand and leverage customer insights through data analysis & testing to then create experiences and relevant content throughout the customer journey and to support our specialized products lines including Yearbooks, Class Rings, Graduation Products, and Professional Sports. ABOUT YOU:

As a Production Specialist – Creative, you will play a key role in ensuring that all art files, layouts, and electronic presentations meet brand standards and production specifications. Working closely with creative teams, marketing, and external vendors, you will be responsible for file management, print preparation, and quality assurance. Your keen attention to detail and expertise in design software, print production, and digital workflows will ensure the successful execution of high-quality materials.

YOU WILL:

  • Analyze Digital Performance. Evaluate metrics across various digital channels to inform business strategies. 
  • Develop Interactive Dashboards. Create and maintain dashboards that track key performance indicators. 
  • Configure and Analyze GA4. Set up goals, funnels, and events within Google Analytics to monitor user behavior. 
  • Extract and Manipulate Data. Write and execute SQL queries to support data analysis and reporting tasks. 
  • Present Actionable Insights. Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner. 
  • Typical/expected % of overnight travel: None to mininimal.

YOU HAVE:

  • Digital Analytics Expertise. 2-3 years of experience analyzing digital performance across web, email, social media, and paid media channels. 
  • Dashboard Development Skills. Proficiency in creating interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. 
  • Google Analytics Proficiency. Advanced experience with Google Analytics (GA4 preferred) and Google Tag Manager. 
  • SQL Knowledge. Hands-on experience writing SQL queries for data extraction and analysis. 
  • Insight Communication. Ability to synthesize findings into essential insights and communicate them effectively to senior management.
