Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Production Designer will help concept and execute marketing materials, including paid digital advertising, print ads, billboards, social media, email templates, landing pages, slide decks, flyers, and more.
- Extend and adopt established creative concepts into production-ready print, web, and digital assets.
- Assist in generating campaign concepts based on marketing strategy and content briefs.
- Respond to marketing request forms to support regional and local marketing activations.
- Advise on best practices throughout the design process while identifying issues and creating solutions to improve design efficiencies.
Work collaboratively with the Director of Marketing and Senior Graphic Designer to create a consistent and cohesive brand experience.
Maintain asset libraries with current logos, product images, and other brand materials.
The Production Designer is the final checkpoint in a creative design process to ensure brand standards across color, font, production quality, and more.
- Work efficiently on multiple projects with consistency and exemplary attention to detail.
- Prepare press-ready files based on the supplied specifications.
- Follow timelines to ensure projects are completed on time.
- Ensure proper compliance procedures are followed.
- Troubleshoot any problems with local offices and vendors.
- Catalog produced images and graphics.
- Maintain communication from project start to finish.
Keep up-to-date with graphic design trends, techniques, and software.
