The Product Marketing Intern will support the Global Product Management team by completing pre-assigned projects and/or playing a supporting role in ongoing department efforts. Examples of this include, competitive product research, price positioning, data analysis, recurrent reporting, process improvement, etc. At the conclusion of the internship period, the candidates will report out to leadership on their projects, insights, and expected impact of their work on the organization.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Project management and ownership of assigned activities. 
  • Provide support and assistance to other Product Managers' projects/activities as assigned; examples may include: data analysis, market research, competitive analysis, product launch deliverables, etc. 
  • Analysis of department and/or cross-functional processes to identify areas for improvement

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:

  • High School Diploma/GED Equivalent required 
  • College enrolled with Junior or Senior degree status 
  • Strong analytical skills and demonstrated use of Excel 
  • Good written and verbal communication

REQUIRED INTERPERSONAL & BEHAVIORAL SKILLS:

In addition to the General Responsibilities, the following are requisite interpersonal and behavioral skills of the position:

  • Ability to problem-solve. 
  • Consistent attendance either onsite or remotely as needed by the business. 
  • Ability to take direction and accept supervision. 
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, organize and accurately prioritize work, be detail-oriented, understand when urgency is required and use good judgment in varied situations.
