Producer/Project Manager

Next/Now is expanding and looking to add a talented Producer/PM to the team.

The role of the Producer/PM is to work directly with the client, internal team, partners and vendors to deliver an outstanding project on time and on budget.

Internally, the Producer/PM works with our art team and programming team to support and facilitate workflow by establishing major milestones and weekly sprints, status updates, reviews and QA testing. Externally, the PM works with project partners and clients as the main point of contact through the life of the project.

We’re more than a digital studio. We design digital experiences for physical spaces. So, our projects often include fun stuff like event management, video production, custom fabrication and hardware procurement, too.

Candidates should be comfortable supporting a process, working with clients and doing hands-on work required to manage our physical installations.

• 2-3 years experience producing or managing projects 
• Excellent critical thinking skills 
• Experience working with clients 
• Experience with PM tools like Sharepoint, Basecamp, GIRA, Asana, Smartsheet a plus.
