Prepare to Win by joining our Photography team. We are looking for a Photography Supervisor to provide direction and leadership to employees in the photography department. This includes scheduling projects to meet established deadlines, reviewing employee work assignments and ensuring photographs and videos meet existing department guidelines and brand messaging standards. The Photography Supervisor is a working supervisor so must be proficient in photography and videography. 

Other responsibilities of a Photography Supervisor include:

  • Monitor master production schedule and other production reporting tools to establish priorities and production plans that meet all goals/deadlines 
  • Capture digital images of product, studio and lifestyle photography for print media and internet use 
  • Provide assistance in troubleshooting department functions and equipment 
  • Assist in training new associates on equipment functions and procedures 
  • Maximize equipment and personnel capabilities, apply new technologies and/or productive capabilities 
  • Research the applicable industry for effective ways to improve Photo and Video techniques 
  • Maintain effective communications as required with Photo Manager as well as Marketing and Purchasing personnel regarding: production schedules, photo standards, merchandising tactics, creative concepts and overall photo and video process improvement/development

A successful Photography Supervisor will be extremely organized, have excellent communication skills, have strong leadership skills and be able to multi-task. Ability to travel twice a month is required. Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college; 2-4 years experience in photography production; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficiency in photography and video applications is required.
