Diggers Hotline is adding an outreach coordinator to our team to coordinate all facets of member services, participate in public speaking events and assist with additional marketing efforts. 

Diggers Hotline is adding an outreach coordinator to our team to coordinate all facets of member services, participate in public speaking events and assist with additional marketing efforts. In this role, the Outreach Coordinator will use their bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and experience to coordinate efforts in onboarding new members of Diggers Hotline, explore options for efficiencies for member onboarding, including process changes and digital options and serve as the point of contact for member inquiries. They will also implement outreach strategies leading to increased visibility, stronger stakeholder partnerships and enhanced community impact, including the annual online excavator safety meetings program. The Outreach Coordinator will also conduct training/educational sessions directed at stakeholder groups in order to promote Diggers Hotline’s messages and goals. Anticipated travel for the position will be 20% of the time, the majority of which will be over the months of January - April each year, including overnight stays.

Bachelor's Degree or Associates Degree with related progressively responsible job experience or a combination of.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with computer skills including Microsoft Office, virtual meeting software, digital marketing software, etc.

Strong organizational skills with proven ability to work within a changing/growing position (new role within organization).

Ability to travel approximately 20% of the time, mostly during the months of January - April. Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Salary $48,000 - $62,000 based upon skills and experience.
