Motion Designer

C2 client near Green Bay seeks a Motion Designer for a full-time opportuntity with an irreverent, yet incredible, fast-growing agency.

Responsibilities...

• Work alongside Virtual Reality, Design and Interactive Departments.
• Responsible for brainstorming creative concepts with the project team.
• Create original motion graphics for agency reels and presentations.
• Animate product demos and prototypes, creating virtual camera rigs for virtual walkthroughs, designing style frames and storyboards.
• Assisting in video shoots, compress videos for proper client viewing, editing video and audio.
• Coordinate seamlessly with all departments to optimize workflow and maintain the final goal of the client through the entirety of a project.
• Support the organization by converting concepts and ideas into final proof ready projects.
• Understand our clients and their demand standard for quality and innovative work.

Qualifications...

• Proficient in After Effects
• Intimate knowledge of Cinema 4D, Photoshop, Illustrator, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, and video compression tools
• 2+ years of motion graphics experience

Skills and Special Requirements

• Strong conceptual thinking
• Firm understanding of graphic design principles including layout, typography, color
• Must have the ability to organize and schedule work effectively to tight deadlines
• Must be able to work in extremely fast-paced environment
