JOB SUMMARY:

Guide the planning, execution and optimization of paid media campaigns throughout their life cycle. Collaborate with the integrated marketing team in the execution and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Execute Account Based Marketing (ABM), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), paid social and other programmatic campaigns through primary channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Google, and ABM Display). 
  • Collaborate with internal team members to identify target audiences, build keyword lists and deliver B2B focused media campaigns. 
  • Closely monitor campaign performance and make midstream optimizations to increase performance. 
  • Work closely with the Marketing Campaign Analytics team to track KPIs to assess performance and pinpoint issues. 
  • Monitor campaign budgets; recommend adjustment bids to gain better Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). 
  • Maintain logs on campaign optimizations including schedule, budget and asset adjustments. 
  • Work with analytics team to ensure all applicable conversion and re-targeting tags are in place. 
  • Ensure ads are displayed appropriately. 
  • Maintain partnerships with programmatic ad platforms and vendors. 
  • Look for improvement opportunities by keeping abreast of ABM, SEM and Pay-Per-Click (PPC) trends and by experimenting withnew platforms and channels.

Education:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.

Work Experience:

  • At least 2 years of B2B marketing experience to include media-buying, planning and research experience. 
  • Demonstrated experience in all types of digital advertising and has hands-on experience placing ads across various digital channels including display, search and social media.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:

  • Platform Knowledge: Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, ABM, Data Management Platform (DMP), and Demand Side Platform (DSP). 
  • Demonstrated analytical skills. 
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail. 
  • Collaborative attitude with the ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
