Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Media and Billing Analyst to join our Integrated Marketing team within the 3M Safety and Industrial Business Group Global Marketing Center. This hybrid role combines financial management and paid digital media planning responsibilities, providing a unique opportunity to develop a diverse skill set in a supportive and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Billing and Finance:

  • Manage purchase orders (POs) and invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely payment 
  • Reconcile budgets, track expenditures, and prepare regular budget reports 
  • Collaborate with finance, procurement, and accounting teams to manage and streamline billing operations for the Integrated Marketing team 
  • Serve as the point of contact for vendors and marketing team members regarding billing and payment issues 
  • Utilize financial management software and tools to manage billing processes and ensure data accuracy 
  • Provide training and support to Global Marketing Center team members on billing and financial processes

Digital Paid Media:

  • Develop and execute B2B paid media demand generation and lead generation campaigns 
  • Plan and manage full-funnel digital paid media campaigns on platforms like Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube 
  • Lead the annual media planning process with key internal business stakeholders and ad agency 
  • Collaborate with agency daily to execute and manage global campaigns across priority markets in USAC, EMEA, LATAM and Asia, ensuring that plans are delivering against key performance metrics 
  • Conduct keyword research and develop keyword strategies for PPC campaigns 
  • Write responsive search ad copy and manage translation process into key languages 
  • Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights for optimization

Your Skills and Expertise:

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited university 
  • Minimum of one (1) year combined experience in digital marketing or marketing finance, with a focus on media and billing management in a private, public, government or military environment

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) 
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and technologies 
  • Experience with SAP, Salesforce, Sprinklr is a plus 
  • Experience working with international teams
