The Measurement Specialist works alongside our Client Strategic Services team in analyzing and collecting data from our client deliverables, while building out reporting templates and surveys to capture various findings from a project. This role also handles many unique tasks relating to overall reporting to best assist our clients, such as competitor research and portfolio planning to maximize client efforts. Measurement Specialist Responsibilities

• Manage client measurement services and projects as assigned, under direction of Manager Program Insights
• Provide clear and supportive customer communications to onboard and retain Derse clients
• Collaborate with Account Management, Creative, and Client teams as it relates to deliverables
• Build reporting templates to meet project and client objectives
• Aggregate and analyze data collected by Derse and supporting data from client deliverables for reporting
• Complete proposals and preparations for client presentation, ensuring accuracy on findings
• Handle invoicing and presentation to client based on work completed and final costs
• In tandem with Manager Program Insights, maintain the Client Strategy Calendar Monitor and maintain Derse iQ deployments calendar
• Build out custom surveys and reports as required per project and client needs
• Administer data reporting and quality reporting from surveys and mapping
• Handle data cleaning as required to meet customer integration requests as part of onboarding
• Develop training documentation for both client onboarding and internal staff usage
• Assess functional and process improvements for lead retrieval platform and data
• Support the efforts of consultation services to clients of items such as competitor research, auditing, portfolio planning etc.
• Research and recommend new tools or reporting techniques to solve client requests and advance overall capabilities
• Maintain internal sales, design, and customer experience team(s) relationships for Client Strategic Services department
• Other duties as assigned from various team members leading client initiatives

Measurement Specialist Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing, Analytics, Math, or related field and 2+ years of experience required 
• Ability to travel to site as needed to manage technology installation, partner coordination, and staff training 
• Experience in project management/delegation or equivalent required 
• Exposure to lead capture software (Jot Form, Survey Monkey, etc) Android and iOS configuration and entry level coding skills preferred 
• Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite with proficiency in Excel
