As the Marketing Strategist your main role will be to foster brand recognition to acquire new drivers and increase social engagement. Finding a balance between lead generation marketing initiatives and social content, while making smart budget decisions. 

Essential Functions/Specific Responsibilities:

  • Promote a brand in a meaningful way.
  • Oversee and develop Marketing Interns
  • Build and maintain relationships with all internal customers/departments to fulfill their marketing and communication needs
  • Promote services during events
  • Coordinate the design of promotional material and distribute in online and offline channels
  • Advertise our company and products/services on various media
  • Produce marketing copy for our website
  • Craft and send regular newsletters with company updates
  • Track ROI for marketing campaigns
  • Join social media groups and professional platforms to discuss industry-related topics
  • Monitor corporate website and social media pages and address clients’ queries
  • Network with industry experts and potential clients to drive brand awareness
  • Gather feedback to inform internal teams
  • Research and write press releases, and content for the company website, infographics, blogs, and newsletters.
  • Build and maintain relationships with journalists and key external role-players.
  • Generate, edit, publish, share and manage content with regularity that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
  • Set up and optimize company social pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content (including social media as well as blogs on the main website and platforms)
  • Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules and coordinate production.
  • Provide reporting on marketing analytics and KPIs as well as continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information.
  • Creation and Coordination of customer-facing social media content creation to include copy, graphic, and video
  • Reputation Management monitoring and outreach
  • Production of graphic design, to repurpose content in all applicable outputs
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information
  • Acquire and maintain a detailed knowledge of the company’s brands, policies, principles, and strategies, and keep up to date with relevant developments.

Skills Required for Success: 

  • Experience working with database marketing techniques and systems
  • Copywriting experience
  • Graphic design experience

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Associate degree/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience and 3 to 5 years of marketing experience
