Marketing Specialist

Trachte Building Systems is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Specialist with 3-5 years of marketing experience to join our team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role will help execute marketing strategies to promote Trachte Building Systems and its subsidiary companies. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop and implement marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support the company’s overall growth. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for the building and construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for Trachte Building Systems and its subsidiaries. 
• Assist in the execution of lead-generation campaigns targeting various market segments. 
• Create compelling content for websites, brochures, social media, email campaigns, and other marketing materials. 
• Support digital marketing efforts to enhance brand visibility and drive traffic. 
• Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, analyzing KPIs to adjust strategies as needed.
• Contribute to the production and distribution of promotional materials, as well as event marketing initiatives such as trade shows and conferences. 
• Contribute to the planning, scheduling, and execution of trade shows and industry events, ensuring seamless logistics, booth setup, and marketing materials. 
• Assist in managing content for product launches, customer testimonials, and other marketing collateral. 
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing messages align with business goals. 
• Maintain relationships with external vendors, including design agencies, printing services, and SEO partners.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 
• 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the construction, manufacturing, or related industries. 
• Experience executing marketing campaigns across various channels. 
• Proficiency in digital marketing tactics, including SEO and social media. 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging content. 
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Word Press. 
• Strong analytical skills to measure marketing performance and make data-driven decisions. 
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or other graphic design software. 
• Experience with trade show planning, scheduling and execution a plus
• Experience with video production and editing a plus 
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
