We are adding a Marketing Specialist to our team. This exciting position will require you to use all your skills to understand, plan and accelerate the overall Flavors & Extracts strategic goals.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with a cross-functional groups, including internal stakeholders and outside agencies to support overall Sensient Flavors & Extracts group revenue expectations. 
• Harvest insights from various research partners into cohesive talking points that speak to our strategic priorities. 
• Use your passion to create and at times presenting impactful content to our customers. 
• Translating consumer needs to insights that will help our sales team excel with our customers. Conduct market research to understand consumer needs, habits, and trends. Manage creative aspects of communication, such as presentations, newsletters, events and product collaterals. 
• Use data to identify trends and translate them to actions. Closely monitor the product portfolio landscape, including competitive launches. 
• Help build customer-centric ideas using "taste" as your guiding light. This includes generating product concepts using market insights, customer briefs and cross-functional input. 
• Execute marketing content plan in collaboration with Sales and R&D.

What You’ll Bring:

• 2-5 years of experience in a marketing or culinary or creative agency role, preferably in the food or flavor business. 
• Must possess strong communication skills and confidence to visually convey ideas and concepts 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud 
• Ability to work with global marketing peers to ensure all content is consistent with brand guidelines. 
• Passion for outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise incontent development, advertising,trade shows, etc.

The salary for this position is $65,000 – 80,000 USD. Pay within the range is based on several factors, which may include, but are not limited to education, work experience, specialized training, and labor market conditions.
