Overview:

This role is responsible for managing the RFX/proposal process, creating compelling content, and contributing to branding efforts to enhance our company's visibility and engagement. The ideal candidate is a skilled writer, strategic thinker, and highly organized professional who can collaborate cross-functionally to produce high-quality content that aligns with our brand and business goals.

Essential functions:

  • Lead and manage the RFX/proposal process, coordinating responses with subject matter experts (SMEs) and the business development team. Write, edit, and refine responses to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with company messaging. 
  • Create engaging, high-quality content for educational and promotional purposes, including website copy, blog posts, case studies, white papers, email campaigns, and other marketing materials. 
  • Develop clear and persuasive messaging that resonates with target audiences across various channels, ensuring brand consistency and tone. 
  • Work closely with internal teams, including business development, sales, and subject matter experts, to gather insights and translate technical or complex information into compelling content. 
  • Review and refine marketing and proposal materials to maintain a high standard of accuracy, professionalism, and brand alignment. 
  • Assist with public relations tasks including but not limited to, press releases, memos and company directives as needed 
  • Provide backup support for branding initiatives and other departmental activities as needed, such as event marketing, graphic design coordination, and social media content creation. Maintain consistent and reliable attendance
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in writing for business development or marketing; experience with proposal writing preferred 
  • College degree in marketing or communications preferred

Salary Range: $60,000.00 To $75,000.00 Annually.
