Position Summary:

The Marketing Specialist will create, manage, and implement marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. This role requires both strategic planning and hands-on execution to enhance Muza’s presence across digital and traditional platforms. You will be instrumental in shaping and sharing our brand voice, ensuring consistency and appeal in all content.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Campaign Development: Design and implement marketing strategies to boost brand awareness, engagement, and sales. 
  • Social Media Content Creation: Develop and manage content for social media platforms to effectively represent Muza’s values and services. 
  • Content Production: Write, design, and produce content for social media, website, and other channels to maintain a cohesive brand identity. 
  • Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed on market trends, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize reach and impact. 
  • Project Coordination: Oversee the marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with Muza’s goals and timely campaign execution. 
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials, reinforcing Muza’s mission and values. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various departments to create relevant, high-quality content that reflects Muza’s offerings. 
  • Event Marketing Support (Optional): Assist with coordinating events and promotions to enhance Muza’s industry presence.
  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience. 
  • Social Media Expertise: Experience in creating and managing successful social media campaigns. 
  • Creative and Analytical Mindset: Strong creative skills paired with the ability to analyze metrics and refine marketing approaches. 
  • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects to meet deadlines. 
  • Design Proficiency: Familiar with Adobe, Canva, and similar design tools; video editing or photography skills are a plus. 
  • Customer-Focused: Understanding of customer needs with a commitment to delivering a positive brand experience. 
  • Effective Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to craft clear, engaging messages. 
  • Adaptability and Problem-Solving: Able to adjust to changing priorities and creatively address challenges. 
  • SEO Knowledge (Optional): Basic knowledge of SEO best practices to optimize content reach and visibility.
