Marketing Specialist

Position Summary:

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing marketing strategies, supporting advertising campaigns, and driving engagement with customers to support Mosaic’s growth. This position plays a critical role in strengthening our brand, increasing visibility and communicating our value proposition to a wide audience.

Essential Functions (including but not limited to:

• Assist in the creation, execution, and analysis of advertising campaigns and marketing materials across digital, print, and social media platforms 
• Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across all marketing materials 
• Design a variety of marketing materials and support social media efforts through content creation, scheduling, community engagement, and trend monitoring to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement 
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs. 
• Provide recommendations based on research findings 
• Plan, coordinate, and execute promotional events, managing logistics, vendor relations, promotional materials, and tracking performance to gather feedback for continuous improvement 
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all marketing initiatives align with business goals

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field 
• 5+ years of experience in marketing for both consumer and business advertising 
• Experience with various marketing applications and content management systems
